Please see below the transport schedule for the weekend. We kindly ask all guests to be ready at least 10 minutes before departure times. Transfers will depart on time and there won't be a head or guest count, so please make sure you account for yourself!

ADARE MANOR

• Friday, 22 May 2026: Welcome Drinks at Aunty Lena’s

  • Departing Adare Manor: 7:45pm

  • Return Shuttles: Operating from 10:00pm with the last service departing at 11:30pm.

• Saturday, 23 May 2026: Wedding Ceremony at Holy Trinity Abbey Church

  • Departing Adare Manor: 1:15pm

  • Return Shuttles: Returning back to Adare Manor immediately following the Ceremony.

• Sunday, 24 May 2026: Day Two Celebrations at Bill Chawke’s

  • Departing Adare Manor: 1:30pm

  • Return Shuttles: Guests to make their own way back to Adare Manor.

FITZGERALDS WOODLANDS HOTEL

• Friday, 22 May 2026: Welcome Drinks at Aunty Lena’s

  • Departing Woodlands: 7:30pm

  • Return Shuttles: Operating from 10:00pm with the last service departing at 11:30pm.

• Saturday, 23 May 2026: Wedding Ceremony at Holy Trinity Abbey Church

  • Departing Woodlands: 1:15pm

  • Return Shuttles: Returning back to Adare Manor following the Ceremony.

• Sunday, 24 May 2026: Day Two Celebrations at Bill Chawke’s

  • Departing Woodlands: 1:30pm

  • Return Shuttles: Guests to make their own way back to Woodlands.

SOUTH COURT HOTEL

• Friday, 22 May 2026: Welcome Drinks at Aunty Lena’s

  • Departing South Court Hotel: 7:30pm

  • Return Shuttle: A single prompt return service will depart at 11:00pm.

• Saturday, 23 May 2026: Wedding Ceremony at Holy Trinity Abbey Church

  • Departing South Court Hotel: 1:00pm

  • Return Shuttles: Returning back to Adare Manor following the Ceremony.

• Sunday, 24 May 2026: Day Two Celebrations at Bill Chawke’s

  • Departing South Court Hotel: 1:15pm

  • Return Shuttles: Guests to make their own way back to South Court Hotel.
